Thanks to years of experience, acquired in the construction of home furniture, it directs its production towards high quality and design products, perfectly combining sophisticated artistry with technological production.

This is one of the reasons that led the company to have an integrated production cycle, with continuous monitoring of the various processing phases: from the selection of materials to the final definition of the product, passing through the tests of the construction elements and the experiments of new solutions.

The various production departments are located within the Perignano plant. In addition to joinery, painting and furniture assembly, we find the department dedicated to the production of solid-surface that includes washbasins, tops, bathtubs and shower trays. The production of these items takes place entirely within the department, from mixing raw materials to finish. Monolith, Stonelith and Solid Granite are the exclusive Casabath materials.

Even the processing of aluminium, widely used in our production, takes place in a dedicated department where the extruded bars on our design are processed by controlled machines and then passed to painting and assembly.
Our main characteristic and our winning card at the same time are to propose to our customer’s high-quality products, accompanied by always punctual customer service.

XS COLOR

XS Color paves the way for an open-pore finish, made with water-based paints. 55 colours, 13 of which are brand new, all with one common feature: an organic soul in full compliance with the safeguarding of environmental balances. Paints without formaldehyde, with very low solvent content and indoor emissions for a healthier home.
It is an ethical choice, decided by Casabath, to give its contribute to sustainable development and a cleaner world.
XS Color is made of solid oak with three layers, the fronts of the drawers have an aluminium profile in the upper part with a handle function. Each composition includes two finishing sides of 22mm of thickness each, with the same striped texture as the fronts.
XS Color represents a way of furnishing the bathroom being inspired by a modern and colourful style, always characterized by a high-level design and quality

XS

It takes its cue from the XL collection, already in the catalogue for some years, with a more subtle texture that characterizes the sides and fronts of furniture and containers.
XS will include, as usual, all the modules for washbasin cabinets and containers and will be available also in the Walnut version, in the three shades provided by the samples as well as in the Oak versions. The new Walnut version is made with three-layer panels with the external parts in 4mm thick solid wood and an internal layer in Birch plywood to ensure perfect structural stability over the years.

ZERO15

The Zero15 collection, presented at Cersaie 2019, continues the road already taken by other collections. In fact, in addition to the traditional elements of bathroom furniture, the program also includes wardrobe columns to furnish particularly important rooms. Doors and drawers have a painted aluminium frame and can have a handle or a push-pull opening. Various finishes in wood, painted glass, mirror and a particular version with marble fronts.

ZERO STONE

The protagonist of this collection is undoubtedly the marble with which, in addition to the top, also drawer fronts and optional finishing sides can be made.
The thickness of the marble, for the sides and fronts, is 10 mm. The inner structure is lacquered with colours matching the external material or on request.
Each composition is used a marble sheet, sectioned according to the modules that make up the piece of furniture so that the veins that characterize the various materials are continuous and homogeneous.

AIR

The main feature of the collection is its aluminum and wood structure, which gives it an original and light style.
It is foreseen the use of reflective, smoked or transparent frosted glasses in addition to the usual woods in the various shades of the sample collection.
There’s the availability of inner drawers in solid Oak, glass or wood shelves.

HI-TECH

Hi-Tech is the historical collection of Casabath and it’s characterized by 14mm thickness of the top and lateral sides. Now it’s renewing with three different types of the front sides and therefore in three different aesthetics:
– Style “A” – front sides are with lacquered aluminum frame
– Style “B” – front sides are with aluminum handle edge of 14mm H
– Style “C” – wooden front sides

WALL

Wall is a programme in which structural features are almost invisible, this is the case of the storage units with 45° angles which look as if the top and the sides blended into one, or the door wings with a thin visible edge or the Monolith or Stonelith tops that only show their beauty without altering the aesthetic lightness of the programme.
The doors and drawers feature a push-pull opening system or an embedded handle.
The range is available in mat lacquered finish, glossy lacquered finish, brushed or bleached oak, wenge, grey, Sienna and Rovere Thermo.

WAVE

The Wave collection includes elements with a push pull opening system, characterized by fronts with an aluminum frame (thickness 4mm). Moreover it gives the possibility to use different materials such as lacquered clear glass, smooth or with a ribbed pattern, smoked or bronze mirror, all the veneer and lacquered finishing of the collection and other materials that might be added in the future.

C28

The name of the collection has been inspired by the increased thickness of the door.
Its special structure made in aluminum, gives the possibility to use different materials such as lacquered clear glass, smoked or bronze mirror, Wood, all the veneer and lacquered finishing of the collection and other materials that might be added in the future. The combination with marble, Monolith or Stonelith tops creates infinite aesthetic solutions, from the more contemporary to the more classical one.

XL
The collection is available both in smooth and horizontal groove in order to open drawers, there are monoblock solutions with a 45-degree cut that can be modular with traditional structures. The Monoblock version is available in solid Oak while the modular version is also available in Walnut and in the Oak Color version painted with water-based colors.

CD
The CD collection has a sober character but carefully cured in every detail. The structure of the piece of furniture is always matt lacquered, while the fronts of the doors and drawers are available in the various types of wood present in the sample book and naturally lacquered in the usual color of the structure, in a matt, glossy or metal effect finish. The aluminum profile, which acts as a handle, is available in horizontal or vertical version.

S40
The S_40 collection is characterized by a very clean aesthetic, interrupted just by a lateral or central groove, according to the chosen solution. The system is based on 4 depths, freestanding washbasins and various containers. The available finishing for the collection are lacquer, Canaletto Walnut, Thermo Oak, 9 colors of veneer oak, solid brushed oak and Wild Wood.

Modern
In the Modern range, the drawers and the sides of the single-piece units have 45-degree outside edges. In the multi-piece solutions, this kind of finish can only be found in the outside drawers and sides, while the central pieces are finished with a traditional 90-degree edge.
The Modern range is available in two styles: Smooth and Staved.
Available with a flush pull or an aluminium handle, painted in colours to match the door finishes.

P22
The P22 collection includes wall units and columns with a maximum height of 220cm, in most cases the structure is realized at 45° and is available in all the finishes provided by the samples as well as the color of the aluminum frame of the doors. The glass, available in different types, is tempered for doors with a height equal to or bigger than 152cm.

C_3030
The structure of the C_3030 collection is 14mm thick. The collection includes wall units and tall units with fine doors and open compartments to a maximum height of 150 cm. Doors and structure can be made with the same finish or different from each other by combining lacquered structure and veneered doors or vice versa.

WARDROBE
The Wardrobe cupboard columns have a 25m thick birch plywood structure available in a lacquered or veneered finish. Various types of door or open versions are available. The interior can be equipped with shoe shelves, with shelves in wood or aluminum and glass, inner drawer units, clothes rails and inner lighting. They are made to measure according to the customer’s requests, allowing installation even in a niche with a few millimeters of tolerance without the necessity of wooden fillers.

WALL SYSTEM
The Wall System wardrobe columns have a 25m thick birch plywood structure available in a lacquered or veneered finish. There is a type of smooth door made of lacquered or veneered 20mm thick plywood which can be combined with a glass door with Trend profile aluminum frame. Wall System is made to measure according to the customer’s requests, allowing installation even in a niche with a few millimeters of tolerance without resorting to infill bands.

CORNER
Column made of multilayer wood thickness 25 and 30mm designed to solve corner compositions in a different way, it has two drawers, a closed lower part and 3 or 4 open compartments based on the expected height up to 260 cm. Columns from the Wardrobe or Wall System collection can be placed sideways to it. The closed lower part varies according to the type of washbasin cabinet provided.

FREESTANDING WALL
Divider element available in 3 widths, which can be used to create a delimited area, reserved for bathroom fixtures or a more intimate and comfortable area around the bathtub or shower. One side has doors, drawers and open compartments, while the opposite side is completely closed where it is possible to put a washbasin cabinet next to it or leave it free..
